		DATA-LOGGING: Using the latest technology available, our logger-boxes will monitor up to 7 compressors every 5 seconds to provide you, via specialist software, with a comprehensive report on all aspects of your compressor system, such as compressed air usage, pressure graphs, daily/weekly generation costs, unload/off cycles, kw used etc. From this report, compressed air problems, including faults, can be highlighted and recommendations made for reducing energy costs.
		AIR LEAK DETECTION: Air leaks represent a total loss of energy resources and many systems air leaks represent over 30% of their continuous air demand. Many of these leaks can be found and easily fixed with regular maintenance. Many however are extremely difficult to find due to the background noise of the factory. An ultrasonic leak locator will detect the turbulence produced and provide a visual and sound signal back to the operator - see products below for prices: For example: A continual 4mm compressed air leak 24/7 at 7 bar will waste 38 cfm which would require a 7.5 kw compressor to produce which, at 6.5p/kwhr = £0.487/hr = £4,244/annum.

		VARIABLE SPEED DRIVE COMPRESSORS/INVERTERS: Eliminating "off-load" running costs of fixed speed compressors, which are working below capacity in a varying demand, energy savings of up to 30% can be achieved.
		COMPRESSOR CONTROL SYSTEMS: Using "intelligent" controllers to select the correctly sized compressor or combination of compressors to run production to reduce "off-load" running costs. Allows the top line pressure band to be reduced by typically 5% in a cascade compressor system and offers timer controls for setting lower pressures for certain shifts, e.g. 4.2 bar for cleaning down period at 6-8pm. 		"NO-LOSS" CONDENSATE DRAINS: Auto-drains and timed solenoid valves which expel compressed air to remove oil/water condensate from compressor systems also represent air wastage. "No-loss" drains use only internal air pressure to operate and payback is normally realised within 12 months of installation. 		"AIR SAVER" BALL VALVES: These timer controlled lever ball valves are designed to shut of your compressed air system at the end of the shift, eliminating all downstream leaks and allowing the installed compressors to shut down on save energy. They are typically installed after the systems air receiver in the compressor room or can effectively be used to shut down a particular production line, which stops at a specific time.
